A couple weeks ago I was riding our Peloton and I heard the coach, Emma Lovewell, say “Change is Inevitable, Growth is Optional”. Life ebbs and flows and seasons turn, sometimes without us fully noticing. Change is inevitable and is synonymous with life and growth. Don’t let the unknown be the boogeyman.
